The Hotel de l'Isard considers that promote policies that allow the reconciliation of work and family life must be promoted, allowing the development of not only individual needs, but also a pride of belonging that leads to an improvement of work performance and engagement.

Among all the measures we offer our employees to reconcile personal and work life we find:

Flexible schedule for the responsible staff, organization of the shifts of the entire staff, possibility for mothers with young children to have a shift in the morning, requests for extra days adapted to each person and their needs.

Possibility of fractional vacations on demand, days of permits at the expense of hours, possibility of having rotating weekends.
